Attached for your review and approval is a proposed re-vised requalification program for operators at the subject facilities.

The attached program replaces entirely the program previously sub-mitted by letter to you dated April 5, 1974.

The attached revised program is dated July 1975.

To assist you in your review, a document entitled "Requalification Program Changes" is also attached.

This document indicates the differences between the existing, April 1974 program and the proposed July 1975 program.

The attached revised program is submitted for your approval in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.54 (i-1).
