Dear Mr. Price:
Reference is made to the current site description contained in Indennity Agreement No. B-10, for Dresden Unclear Power Station.
In order to acconnodate to the need for additional storage space at the site for waste material avaiting shipnent to burial facilities, a neu security fence has been installed on the east side of the plant to enclose 23h,200 square feet, more or less, of open area sit,uated inmediately adjacent to and north and cast of the rad, waste area for Unit 1, as indic ated on the onclosed revised plat.
Will you please issue an amendment to our Indennity Agreement No. E-10 to give effect to the revision, effective at 12:01 a.m.,
November 17, 1966.
In addition to the attachment of the revised plat, we suggest, for the amendment, a restatenent of Iten k of such Indennity Agreenent, the location description, to. amend the last four lines thereof to read as follows:
"... occupied by Commonwealth Edison Company's Dresdon Nuclear Power Station and enclosed by plant security fence, as indicated on plat dated May 13,1965 ( revised as of ?.~ovember 17, 1966), attached he re to as Exhibit " A",
and made a part hereof."
Anticipating your assent to this chan ;e and the issuance and delivery of such amendment in due course, we are making similar filings with UELI A and !!AELU, re que s ting the cane amendnent in site description for attachment to their respective policies.
