I recently received a letter from one of my constituents who expressed his concern about the proposed release of krypton gas from Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania.
In par-ticular, he is worried that the radioactive elements released from the plant will pollute the rainfall in Maine.
I would appreciate it if you would respond to his concerns.
