I am pleased to answer your letter of October 13, 1970, in reEard to the application of the Toledo Liison Company and The Cleveland Electric Illucinating Company for a construction per=it for the proposed Davis-Ecess Nuclear Pcver Stetion.
Die applicatica for the proposed Davis-Besce facility is still in the review stage. When our review is completed, the Co=sission vill publish in the Federal Register a noties of hearing on the application for a construction permit for the Davis-Eesse facility. At that time we will transmit a copy of the notice to you.
E2 closed please find a copy of the Comission's Rules of Practice, 10 CPR Part 2, which includes the rules for participating in the hearing.
