Dear Mr. Muntzing:
As I believe you are aware fron your prior decision on the issue of suspension of the Davis-Eesse construction permit during the IEPA review, I an counsel for the Coalition for Safe Unclear Pcwer. The court ordered suspension hearings were concluded July 8, 1972, and as of July 18,1972, the record has been returned to the Court of Appeals. Tne above captiened litigation is presently before the Court and under review. Proceedings on the Petition have been stayed until completion of the final NEPA review by the Atonic Energy Commission. On behalf of my client, who is an intervenor in the above captioned CcInission proceedings, and a party in the above captioned litigation, I an placing you en notice of the fact that we wish to receive, innediately upon issuance, the Atomic Energy Com.ission's IEPA craft statenent and other agency ec: nents as soon as they are issued.
