Treaanitted herseith are copies of the "AEC Regulatory Staff's Proposed Findings ef Fact and Conclusions of Law," a reply brief regarding the implementation of the Estional Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and transcript corrections.

the ABC regulatory staff has elected to prepare and submit proposed findings of fact and comelusions of lee est because it necessarily dis-agrees with the substance of these submitted by the applicants but because it believes that the applicants' proposed findings and com-elasions of lee ere annecessarily lengthy.

Paragraph 17 of our proposed findings of fast adepts certain findinge of fact submitted by the applicants regarding the challenge of 10 CFR Part 20. We may supplement or revise these findings in the reply brief to LIFs's brief en the 10 CPE Part 20 challenge if, as a result of pre-persties of the reply brief, such appears necessary.
