MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANI Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Pursuant to your letter of January 3, 1979, the attached enclosure describes those actions taken at the Monticello facility in response to the item of noncompliance identified in Mr. J. R. Creed and Ms. J. Cogburn's inspection of Novecber 5-6, 1978. Add itionally, a statement is included regarding the unresolved item contained in their inspection report.
