NRC Letter "BWXT and Nuclear Fuel Services Security Officer Fatigue Management Proposal" [incoming document # 15N160153], dated August 10, 2016 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 26.717(e), Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS) herby submits the attached 2019 Annual Fatigue Management Report. The report details the following fatigue related events: one (1) fatigue assessment performed on a Security Officer; one (1) identified violation-of an internal procedure; and one (1) granted exception to an internal work hour control.
