0 Summary of Corrective Actions Implemented to Improve Fatigue Management Program and/or Officer Attentiveness: Due to the NFS internal procedure violation, a scheduling fatigue management and compliance checklist was created to document schedule changes and review their impact before making the change.

Assessment of Outages, Force-On-Force, and Drills on Security Shift Staffing: There have been no recent events that would affect security staffing. NFS continues to monitor staffing for drills and preplanned outages and will take necessary measures to ensure enforcement of the fatigue policy.
