The Committee on Environment and Public Works annually reviews the budget requests for programs within the Committee's jurisdiction.
In order to complete this review, we ask that you submit a written statement on your fiscal year 1994 budget request by June 4, 1993.
This material will be part of the Committee's fiscal year 1994 budget review record.
Your statement should discuss the following points:
- Increases or decreases, by appropriation line item, between the FY93 appropriated level and the requested level of funding and personnel for agency programs in the FY94 budget.
Please discuss the rationale for the changes.
Increases or decreases that are proposed'in user fees or revenues to support program objectives.
- Any necessary or contemplated legislative initiatives to implement any part of the agency's FY94 budget request or program objectives.
- Please indicate if there are any rescissions, deferrals, or supplements proposed for FY94.
