INVESTIGATION REPORT ON MILLSTONE UNIT 3 ATTENDANCE RECORDS Following a team inspection (Combined Inspection Report Nos. 50-245/336/423//93-80) led i
by Mr. R. Conte of this office, Mr. Wayne Romberg informed us of a potential falsification of training attendance records for Millstone Unit 3 during that inspection. To help us fully understand the issue, we request that you provide us with a copy of your investigation report on this matter when it is issued.
During a telephone conversation on June 3,1993, between Mr. W. Romberg of your office and Messrs. M. Hodges and R. Conte of this office, Mr. Romberg informed us that the investigation is complete and an internal report has been issued. We request a copy of that report. We recognize that it may need to be protected from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter j
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. The response requested by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, Public Law No. 96.511.
