Dear Mr. Ivan Selin,

I write to urge you to advise the NRS licensing board to deny Louisiana Energy Services application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, Louisiana.

You are in a strong position to make a positive decision and help protect the people of the Forest

.i Grove and Center Springs areas from having an umvanted, unnecessary, and dangerous uranium enrichment facility located within their communities.

As a resident of Washington state, I can surely discuss the financial problems that the WPPSS /

llanford project has created, as well as the health and state morale problems to boot.

I am currently receiving an MBA from the University of Washington. As a future business professional, I am going tojuige your actions as my business partner in our partnership of the American Dream. Do not contaminate the.American Dream for the people of Louisiana.

Sincerely, t

/
