The title is " Sacramento Municipal Utility 11 District's Motion for Reconsideration of CLI-90-303. "
12 In this paper, the Commission is being 13 asked to act on a motion by Sacramento Municipal 14 Utility District for reconsideration of the 15 Commission's March 3, 1993 memorandum and o:-der which 16 was issued as CLI-90-303, which granted the 17 Environmental and Resources Conservation Organization 18 discretionary intervention, admitted one contention 19 and permitted an amendment of another contention.
20 All Commissioners have approved an order 21 which denies the Sacramento Municipal Utility 22 District's Moti;i for Reconsideration, with an 23 amendment that was proposed.
24 So, I ask you to affirm your votes.
