Dear Sir,

I

.]

This is an appeal not to license the uranium enrichment-plant the Louisiana Energy Services (LES) is planning to build near the j-black communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs. Choosing economically and politically disadvantaged communities to bear the onus of having hazardous waste dumps in their

backyard, l

contaminating air and water and living under fear of dangerous industrial operations like uranium enrichment is a disrespect to human rights, which the U.S. promotes abroad. As a matter of fact, no such plants should be build anymore, Humanity can live without them and they endanger life on planet Eath, today and tomorrow!

A disastrous legacy for generations to corm.

Sincerely.
