NRC-04-90-078 Modification No.13 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is for a no cost extension to extend the period of performance by one (1) month at no additional cost to the Government. Therefore, the contract is modified as follows:

1.

Under Section C.1.3, WORK REQUIREMENT, Task 2., paragraph 1, the last sentence is revised to read as follows:

"The completion date of the revised NUREG/CR-5545 is changed to June 11, 1993."

2.

Under Section F.6, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD, ALTERNATE II, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"This contract shall commence on February 26, 1990 and shall expire on June 11, 1993."

3.

Under Section I.2, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract--Services, the last sentence is revised to read as follows:

"The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 39.5 months."

All other terms and conditions remain the same including the contract ceiling of $508,459.49.

A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
