During the week of April 26, 1993 the NRC administered requalification examinations to an employee of your facility who operates the Kansas State University reactor.
The examination was conducted in accordance with NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examiner Standards, ' Administration of NRC Requalification Examinations at Non-Power Reactors."
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
