II, Atlanta, Ga., on May 20, 1993, at 10:00 a.m.
This Enforcement Conference i
will be open for public observation in accordance with the Commissions's t~ rial program as discussed in the enclosed Federal Register notice. The purpose of the Enforcement Conference will be for you to discuss the circumstances i
associated with Unit 2 reactor trip on April.16, 1993, and the subsequent issues involving the inoperability of the auxiliary feedwater pumps and failure to follow procedures. This problem was identified by your staff during the scram recovery period. A proposed agenda is included as an enclosure.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
