REVIEW 0F PROPOSED SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION AND OBJECTIVES FOR THE ZION STATION'S EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE We have received your letter dated April 29, 1993, which transmitted your proposed scope of participation and objectives for the Zion Station's emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for July 28, 1993. Objective 6.1 should also be applicable to the emergency operations facility. Assuming that Objective 6.i is revised as indicated above, we have determined that your proposed scope of participation and objectives are acceptable.
