REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT During the week of April 19, 1993, the NRC administered requalification examinations to employees of your organization who operate your Braidwood Nuclear Power Station. At the conclusion of the examinations, any generic findings that evolved as a result of the examinations were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.

As a result of this evaluation of your requalification program it has been i

assigned an overall program rating of satisfactory in accordance with the criteria of NUREG-1021, ES-601.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
