Operating License No. DPR-50, Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No. 222, Revision 1 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (1), enclosed is Technical Specification Change Request No. 222, Rev 1.
This revision is being submitted to resolve NRC comments.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request which confirms service to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the designated representative of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The proposed amendment deletes the requirement to place the plant in COLD SHUTDOWN condition when one ECCS train is inoperable for more that 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> and establishes the requirements for the plant to be placed in H0T SHUTDOWN when this condition exists.
