In accordance with 10CFR50.4(b)(5), one (1) copy of the most recent revisions to our Emergency Plan / Procedures has been sent to the NRC Document Control Desk in Washington, D.C.
Two (2) copies have been sent to your office, Emergency Preparedness Section, and one (1) copy has been sent to the IP-3 Resident Inspector.
These changes have been evaluated against 10CFR50.54(q) and have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Indian Point 3 Emergency Plan.
The Plan and Procedures, as changed, l
continue to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47 and Appendix E.
