Contract No. NEC-17-83-399 Modification No. 11 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate all excess funds under thic contract.

The contractor has completed all requirements required by the Government at a total cost of $1.238.460.13.

The Government has paid the contractor $1,238.460.13 for all services rendered.

Accordingly, the following action is taken:

Article IX - CEILING, is revised to decrease the amount obligated by $689.87 from $1,239,150.00 to $1,238,460,13.

Therefore, the contract is revised as follows:

"The total amount obligated by the Commission under this contract is $1,238,460.13."

i All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of this contract, remain unchanged.
