Contract No. NRC-26-87-416 Modification No. 6 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate all excess funds under the contract. The contractor has completed all requirements requested by the Government at a total cost plus a fixed fee of $80,949.62. The Government has l
paid the contractor $80,949.62 for all services rendered. Therefoie, the contract is modified to read:
Section B.2 " Consideration and Obligation", is revised to decrease the obligated amount by $2,774.39 from $83,724.01 to $80,949.62. Therefore, paragraph a, is revised to read as follows.
"a. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $80,949.62."
