ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT FOR TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. M85705)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.191 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated January 27, 1993.
This amendment, in conjunction with our approval of your Certified Fuel Handler Certification and Recertification Training Program (CFH), issued April 27, 1993, permits Portland General Electric Company (PGE) to replace the 10 CFR Part 55 licensed operator program with approved CFH.
Implementing Technical Specifications (TS) are included in this amendment.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A notice of issuance will be included in the Commission biweekly Federal Reaister Notice.
