NRC 04-90-085 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance for four months at no additional cost to the Government. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
(1) Section F, Subsection F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following:
F.6 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD This contract shall commence on September 18, 1990 and will expire on April 30, 1993.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged, including the contract the contract ceiling of $620,266.00.
