i The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the i
amount of $66,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from $46,000.00-to $112,000.00.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
l Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION / CONTRACT CEILING, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
i "The ceiling amount for the work specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $181,646.40. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $112,000.00._ The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplished within this ceiling. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the-obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole j
risk."
i All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the ceiling amount of $181,646.40, remain unchanged.
