i NRC-04-91-081 Modification One Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to transfer the Contractor-Acquired Government Equipment / Property, acquired by Applied Invention Corporation under contract No. NRC-04-90-379, Phase I, to contract No. NRC-04-91-081, Phase II, in accordance with Section H.8 under contract No. NRC-04-90-379.
Therefore the contract is modified to incorporate the Contractor-Acquired Government Equipment / Property clause under Section H, and the by reference clause, 52.245-5, Government Property under Section I.
Accordingly the-contract is modified as follows:
Section H is hereby modified to add Section H.8 as follows:
"H.8 GOVERNMENT ACQUIRED GOVERNMENT EQUIPMENT / PROPERTY (JUNE 1988)
The contractor acquired the equipment / property listed below for use in the performance of Phase I under contract No. NRC 04-90-379. This equipment / property is hereby transferred and made a part of contract No. NRC-04-91-081.
The equipment / property is subject to the provisions of the " Government Property" clause.
t Portable 386 computer CdTe detectors Multichannel analyzer for PC A/D board for PC Preamplifiers, electronics Shielding material Title to the Portable 386 computer, Multichannel analyzer, A/D board, and preamplifiers / electronics vests in the Government.
When this equipment is turned over to the NRC, it must be accompanied by the purchase order used to procure it.

3 Section 1.1 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (Jun 1988) is hereby revised to add the following by reference clause:
"52.245-5 JAN 1986 GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (COST REIMBURSEMENT CONTRACTS)"
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
