The purpose of this modification is to agree on consideration for late delivery of Delivery Order No.16:

As consideration for acceptance of late delivery of Delivery Order No.16, the NRC shall receive, at no cost to the Government, a NEC 386SX/251 system with a compatible VGA color monitor and MS DOS 5.0 and Windows 3.1 software j

to be delivered within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this modification.

All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
