Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is (1) to exercise the first option year in accordance with Section 1.4 entitled " Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 1989)", (2) to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$197,813.29 to cover services through April 30, 1993 of the Base Year,

(3) to provide incremental funding in the amount of $452,186.71 to cover services from May 1, 1993 to December 31, 1993 of the first option year, and (4) to increase the obligated amount by $650,000 from $451,300.00 to
$1,101,300.00. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Under Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991), paragraphs c. and d. are deleted in their~ entirety and the following are substituted in lieu thereof:
"c.
The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,101,300.00, of which the sum of $1,029,442.50 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
$71,857.50 represents the fixed fee, d.
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through December 31, 1993."

Section F.4, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE II I
(MAR 1987), is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" F. 4.
DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)
ALTERNATE II (MAR 1987)
This contract shall commence on May 1, 1992 and will expire on April 30, 1994. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional 1 one-year option."
