Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 1 under Contract No. NRC-26-89-289 entitled, " Diagnostic Evaluations".
The subject Task Order expired on November 30, 1989.
Pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this Task Order for other immediate agency needs.
Th:ts deobligated amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission by $46,200.87 from $164,602.89 to $118,402.02.
The amount of $114,630.79 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of
$3,771.23 represents the fixed fee.
