CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-91-071, TASK ORDER NO. 2 MODIFICATION NO. 3 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to December 31, 1993 at no additional cost to the-government.
NRC and NUMARC discussions related to the development of Maintenance Rule guidelines are projected to extend into the summer of 1993.
Subsequent discussions and resulting guidelines may require further SEA analysis and technical support.
Because the NRC may need time to work comments from these discussions into its guidelines, the period of performance should be extended to December 31, 1993.
Therefore, the expiration date of the period of performance of the subject task order is hereby extended from December 31, 1992 to December 31, 1993 at no additional cost to the government.
The issuance of this modification is at no additional cost to the government and does not amend any other terms c.r conditions of the subject task order including the ceiling amount of $398,171.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 2 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three (3) copies of this document in the space provided and return two (2) copies to the contract administrator, Ms.
Amy Siller.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
