4 This memorandum is in reference to your memorandum to the Commission dated February 2, 1993, in which you offer guidance as to the nature of the Commission's responsibilities toward patients who have received misadministrations. The staff agrees with the importance of reporting misadministrations and notification of the referring physician and patient.
