Dear Mr. Austin:
l This letter transmits final decontamination and decommissioning survey data for a specific structure and building 4
identified as a septic tank and the septic pumphouse.
e All survey data - confirm that these areas meet the release criteria for unrestricted use established in our. license.
The areas identified are ready for ' NRC confirmatory surveys and we would anticipate that ORISE will include them in their scope of work during the site visit already scheduled by'the NRC in May, 1993.

This report completes the site' decommissioning and decontamination efforts as described in the approved D&D plan.
