Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) is hereby informing you of our intention to become a user of an NRC certified package.

The package of interest is the ANEFCO, Inc.,

AP-101 radioactive material shipping cask, ID# USA /9071/B1, NRC Docket No. 71-9071 In accordance with 10 CFR 71.12(b), and 10 CFR 71.12(c)(1), PECo has a quality assurance program that satisfies the provisions of_Subpart H of this part and will have the required documentation for use and maintenance of-this package prior to its initial use, currently scheduled to begin on or about May 7, 1993.
