Paragraph 11 of the
" Affidavit of James G.
Partlow",
dated March 30, 1993, which is attached to the "NRC Staff Response to Commist, ion Order of March 26, 1993," also dated March 30,
- 1993, states that:
The Director's Decision concerning a 10 C.F.R.
S 2.206 petition filed by the National Whistleblower Center is being draf ted and is expected to be issued in April 1993.
The subject of the petition is the settlement agreements between TU Electric and the former minority owners of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
The purpose of this letter is to notify the Commission that the Staff will not issue the above-referenced Decision in April,1993.
It is now expected that the Decision will be issued by mid May 1993.
