RESOLUTION OF TWO UNRESOLVED ITEMS RELATING TO SPECIAL HANDLING DEVICE (TAC HOS. M85795 AND M85796)
On January 25, 1993, Northern States Power Company submitted a response to unresolved items addressed in the Safety Evaluation (SE) dated July 9, 1992, regarding a test plan and justification for use of a dynamic lord factor for a special handling device (lift beam).

responses were found to be acceptable. Details of the bases for this conclusion are discussed in the enclosed SE.
This completes our efforts for TAC Nos. M85795 and M85796.
