Road, Concord, New Hampshire on Monday, May 17, 1993 at 10:00 A.M.

This pre-hearing conference shall be held pursuant to the action taken by the Nuclear Decommissioning Financing Committee at its meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 1993, at which the Committee voted to open and hold a full proceeding upon the updated dece r.missiong study and funding schedule for the Seabrook Nuclear Decommissioning Fund filed by North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation, and also voted to designate its Special Counsel, Alexander 3.

Kalinski, Esq.,

as a hearing officer to establish a procedural schedule for the proceeding.

All interested parties should attend in order to file their appearances and to participate in the establishment of a discovery schedule and a hearing schedule and to resolve

any other procedural matters which are raised by any of the parties.

This pre-hearing conference shall be conducted in accordance with RSA 91-A: 2.

Copies of this notice shall be posted at the State House and on the Public Utilities Commission information board.
