Revision 17 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan Gentlemen:

North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has implemented, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Revision 17 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan.

North Atlantic has determined that this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. Enclosure 1 contains a description of the changes included in this revision and the revised Physical Security Plan pages. contains Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld form public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosure.
