Co. Trojan Nuclear Plant i Rainter Oregon This letter serves to close out the NRC notification dated December 12, 1992. In December Victoreen reported a potential 10CFR21 problem with a previous Isotopic Calibration for Portland General Electric Co. (Trojan Nuclear Plant). Subsequent investigation has proved that the original report was not valid. In the original isotopic report no mention was made of a change in sampler design. Photographs of the installed sampler show that the sampler in fact had been modified to cut out the end of the sampler which is exposed to the pipe. The current drawings i are not modified to reflect this.
