Contract No. NRC-04-91-049 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the expiration date of the subject contract, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, pending issuance of a change order due to a redirection of work by the Government.
As a result of the above, the Contractor shall perform work under Task 5 only pending receipt of further authorization by the NRC Contracting Officer.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Under Section F - DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE, Paragraph F.6, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.6 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD This contract shall commence on June 3, 1991 and will expire on May 17, 1993."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
