We have received your letter dated April 1,1993, which transmitted Revision 21 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Response Plan.

The plan revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and involved the addition to your emergency response organization of the position of Emergency Operations Director.

We have reviewed the changes and have determined that 1

they are acceptable and do not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the Cooper Nuclear Station.
