The purpose of this modification is to incorporate FAR Clause 52.232,
PROGRESS PAYMENTS (AUG 1987), as prescribed in FAR 35.502-4(a) - Contract clause, to provide for one (1) progress payment under the subject contract as per the Contractor's March 25, 1993 letter of request. As well, FAR Clause 52.222 NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS CONCERNING PAYMENT OF i
UNION DUES OR FEES (MAY 1992) is deleted from this contract by this modification.
Accordingly, this contract is modified as follows:
1.
Under Section G - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA, Subsection G.2 -
PAYMENT is hereby added as follows-
"G.2 PAYMENT A.
One payment in the amount of $22,975 will be made to the contractor after receipt and acceptance of the first two monthly progress reports required by Section F herein.
B.
Final payment in the amount of 535,822.12 will be made to the contractor after receipt and acceptance of the final report s
required by Section F herein."

Subsection 1.4 NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS CONCERNING PAYMENT OF UNION DUES OR FEES (MAY 1992)(FAR 52.222-18) is hereby deleted from this contract in its entirety.
Furthermore, in accordance with Section 1 of Executive Order No.12836 dated February 1,1993, and entitled,
" Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal i
1 Contracting," you are hereby directed.o remove the notice poster that is referred to in FAR Clause 52.222-18.

FAR Clause 52.232 PROGRESS PAYMENTS (AUG 1987) is hereby added to Subsection 1.1.1 - FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (48 CFR CHAPTER 1)
