In accordance with Section G.6, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 15.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's proposal dated February 10, 1993, incorporated herein by reference.
The period of performance for Task Order No.15 is March 31, 1993 through September 30, 1993.

International Technical Services BACKGROUND Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) has submitted a topical report EMF-92-153(P),
"HTP: Departure from Nucleate Boiling Correlation for High Thermal Performance Fuel," for NRC review. The report describes the SPC departure from nucleate boiling correlation for the PWR high thermal performance. (HTP) fuel design. The areas of concern are the calculational methodologies, and the adequacy and applicability of the supporting experimental data.
OBJECTIVE ITS will perform and review calculations to evaluate SPC DNB Correlation, and will evaluate the applicability of experiments and data obtained from the Columbia University Heat Transfer Research Facility in support of the SPC DNB Correlation for HTP fuel.
