Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 03 Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 1
The purpose of this modification is to (1) increase the task order ceiling
(
5 amount by $19,652.68 to provide for an additional technical writer required to handle the backlog and increasing workload of documentation, and (2) add incremental funding in the amount of $21,103.84 in order to fully fund the task order. Accordingly, the following changes sre hereby made.

The ceiling amount of this task order is increased by $19,652.68 from
$149,451.16 to $169,103.84. The amount of $162,599.85 represents the reimburseable cost and the amount of $6,504.99 represents the fixed fee.
i The third peragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The Amount
?sently obligated with respect to this task order is
$169,103.84 of which $162,599.85 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $6,504.99 represents the fixed fee. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of l
the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount l
obligated with respect to this task order.
Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of FAR 52.232 Limitation'of Cost for this task order.
