In our letter, we requested that you fully analyze the information and take i
all actions that you deem appropriate to resolve this issue and submit the results of your investigation to the NRC.
I We found your investigation to be sufficient to support your' conclusions and actions and have no additional ~ questions regarding this matter. _ We request that you retain the supporting documentation for your investigaticn for a 1
minimum' of one year from the date of this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
