SUBJECT: HRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-382/93-011
This refers to the special inspection conducted by Mr. T. W. Dexter of this
office on March 30 through April 1,1993. The inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your Waterford Steam Electric Station, I; nit 3,
facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed
'
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
The inspection involved the review of certain areas of your physical security
prcgram.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. These
included selective examination of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by
Section 147 of the Atomic Energy of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material
will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
