Upon previous requests, United States Testing Company, Inc. has been listed as a " User" for the following Certificate of Compliances.
NRC Responses to:
UST letter dated August 7,1987 for No's: 6717,9028,9032,9033,9035, 9056,9127,9133,9135,9156 and 9157 UST letter dated September 1988 for No. 9029.

UST letter dated May 5,1992 for No. 9185.
Since then, this Company has undergone some changes in our organization and the incorporation of two licenses under one. We would like to revise the above list by requesting again to be listed as a " User" on the above Certificate of Compi!ances with the exception of No's. 9133 and 9135 which have since been terminated.
