Finding of No Significant Impact in response to your November 25, 1992, request for 5n exemption, pursuant to the provisions in 10 CFR 20.2301, from the revised requirements in 10 CFR 20.1001 through 20.2401 of the Code of Federal Reaulations.
Instead of implementing the revised 10 CFR Part 20 by January 1, i
1994, as required, the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Power Station will complete the decommissioning under the current requirements of 10 CFR 20.1 through 20.601.
Upon publication of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact in the Federal Reaister, the exemption can be granted.
Enclosed is a copy of the Ereironmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact that was forwarded to the Office of the Federal Rcaister for publication.
