i Pursuant to your letter dated March 19, 1993, SAM-SON INSPECTION & TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. herewith subits the above subject program for your review and approval.
i Our QA Program is found in Part III of the enclosed Radiation Safety Manual.
'Ihe Radiation Safety Manual is being submitted in its entirety due to the l
various references to same throughout the QA Program.
In addition to the above, you will also find a copy of resume's for the Company's Radiation Safety Officer and Assistant Radiation Safety Officer and a check in the i
amount of $250, which is the application fee as required by 10CFR-170.31.
We trust that the foregoing provides the required information for renewal of our Quality Assurance Program.
