Revised copies of Technical. Specification pages 10 and;11 are enclosed.
l The change on page corrects the shutdown margin in specification 3.1.5 to read 0.10 delta K/K rather than 0.010 delta K/K.-

l The first change on page 11 corrects the shutdown margin'in specification 3.1.6 to read 0.10 delta K/K rather than 0.010 delta K/K.
The second change on page 11 corrects paragraph 6, the basis for specification 3.1.6, to read 0.30 delta K/K rather than 0.010 delta K/K.
